The system comes complete with Tray Forwarding System to feed egg trays & can print Company Name, Serial No., LOGO, Pro. Dt., Exp. Dt., B. No., QR Code, etc. It is a High-Speed multiple pass printer & has a 4.3” Colored Touch Screen Display for setting all parameters. There is a simple drag-and-drop editing software that is used to enter the information on the. The printer can store unlimited messages. It has a capacity of printing appx. 3,800 eggs / hour of soil eggs, firewood eggs, foreign eggs, duck eggs, pine eggs, preserved eggs, colorful eggs, etc.

Multi-Head Egg Jet Printer is ideal for On-Line High-Speed Coding on egg trays moving on the conveyor (or on multi-track blister packing / Multiple Pouch Sealing machines). It has a capacity of printing approx. 27,000 eggs / hour.

The Inking system consists of a simple disposable pre-mix ink cartridge using food grade porous or fast drying & indelible solvent-based inks (for porous and non-porous surfaces) which is just push fitted into its slot & immediately you can start printing.

1.    The roller belt will convey the eggs into the candling part (Optional), The light will come ON from under the eggs and will penetrate the eggs and at the same time workers can select out stale eggs, cracked eggs, black-cored eggs, mildewed eggs.

2.    After the candling, the good eggs will be conveyed into the grading part and they will be divided into 5 grades by weight, eggs of different weight will fall down onto different channels and eggs of the same weight will fall down onto the same channel.
